HIP-MITSU offer to our customers a full range of services enabling them to take the best advantages from HIP-MITSU machines, in order to maximise the investment payback, preserving it along the time and at also reducing production costs.

Training courses for end users
HIP-MITSU offers to its Customers complete training courses including both theoretical and practical sections.
Training courses can take place either at the customer’s or at HIP-MITSU site, where for the practice session the systems installed in the Competence Center are used. An attendance certificate is issued at the end of each course.

Full papers – available in five languages – are supplied to each course to all participants.

Courses are available for: line operator; mechanical maintenance staff; electrical maintenance staff.
Periodical Maintenance Service
Complete programs of periodical maintenance, which can take place both at HIP-MITSU and customer’s site.
Spare Parts
HIP-MITSU spare parts service avails itself of the main international couriers ensuring spare parts delivery the day after the order receipt.
Training courses for distributors
For our dealers advanced training courses on our product range and after sale service are also available.
